Documentation

The MHAS documentation section provides access to various documents prepared by the study research team, including methodological documents, data description, questionnaires, codebooks and more. All documents are available in Adobe PDF Format.

Survey Design

Documents on the MHAS sample design, fieldwork protocols, weights, and response rates.

Data Descriptions

Information on each dataset including description of content, advice on using the data, and cross-wave merging.

Questionnaires

Paper version of the core (direct and proxy interviews) and next-of kin questionnaires for all waves.
